Something for your green babies! Three sizes and designs available.
Truly locally handmade, the lake clay body is made up of 1/4 clay harvested from Kootenay Lake right in front of the Myers-McKimm Ceramics studio. The dark clay used for the smaller size plant pots contains no lake clay.
Locals and visitors alike can appreciate this plant home as a daily reminder of our beautiful lake community. The latitude and longitude of where the clay is harvested is stamped on the bottom of the plant pot.

- Wheelthrown white stoneware/lake clay planter pot, hole in centre bottom for drainage.
- Whiteness of white may vary! Due to the high iron in the lake clay, the white glaze can be affected. The results range from white to buff, depending on how much iron is in the current batch.
- Approximate sizes are smallest 4"x5", medium 5"x6" and large 6"x7"
